The Soldiers Delight Aviary houses two carrion-eating Educational Ambassadors to help teach the essential role of vultures in our ecosystem. Learn how they rid the planet of carrion, neutralizing disease along the way. Meet them as we demonstrate their daily weigh-in and flaunt their intelligence. This is a great activity for home-school groups! Event is rain or shine and free of charge, although donations are welcome. Signup is encouraged for all and required for groups larger than five people.

We serve as the "Friends" group for the Soldiers Delight Natural Environment Area.
